Magnet Insert Machine For Inner Rotor

* Detect the thickness and height of magnet whether in or out of specification with high-speed. (1sec/pcs) 
   And separate into OK/NG parts automatically.

* The speed of inserting magnet into rotor is up to 1.5 sec./pcs, and it can be designed by characteristic of part.

* Machine function is including on-line inspection,
   and also inspection of various dimension according to the customer’s request.

* The Cycle Time is within 16 sec.
